Transaction Overview
On July 1, 2021, Asahi Intecc Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of Rev.1 Engineering, Inc., a medical device design and development company based in Murrieta, California. The strategic acquisition integrated Rev.1 Engineering into Asahi Intecc's Solution Device Division (Filmecc), significantly expanding Asahi's U.S.-based OEM capabilities and contract development services for complex micro-catheters and minimally invasive medical devices.
